Mount Vernon Rallye – This Saturday! Who’s up for a little adventure?
Classics or daily drivers welcome! I’m heading to what looks like an absolute blast of a car event — the Mount Vernon Rallye, hosted by the MG Car Club. It is a cruise where teams drive through the tulip region answering clues. The MG folks seem like a welcoming group, and honestly… I’ve been wanting to see the tulip fields anyway, so why not make a day of it!
If you want to caravan up with me, I’ll be leaving from: Kingsgate Park & Ride 13001 116th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98034 Roll-out is at 8:00 AM sharp!

Welcome to the MG Car Club NW Centre’s 43rd Annual Tulip Rallye!

If you have never been to the Tulip Rallye, this event is a gimmick rallye where questions take the place of time/distance checkpoints so anyone should be able to compete successfully. All you need is a sharp eye and a sense of humor. Please note – speed is not recommended!
The starting point for the Tulip Rallye is the Mt. Vernon WalMart SuperCenter on the South side of the river. Go West off exit 227 and turn right onto Freeway Ave.
Destination: Walmart Supercenter, 2301 Freeway Dr, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
Day of Show registration is $35.
Day of Show registration and pre-registered check-in begins at 8:00 am. The drivers meeting begins at 9:30 and the first cars will be sent out shortly thereafter.
