MNW Monroe Swap Meet – Volunteer Opportunity

Earn club donations by volunteering for a shift to help staff the swap meet on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Or stop by the Mustangs NW tent on Saturday or Sunday.

The 53^rd Annual Monroe Swap Meet is scheduled this year for May 15^th-17^th.  Stall setup is scheduled for Friday the 15^th at 7:00 am. until noon, when we let everyone in.  The Sno-Isle Skills Center High School students have been helping us out for the last twenty years and will be there bright and early to do the heavy lifting and pushing, so all you need to do is point your finger and read a layout map.  If you’re interested in Friday morning layout, please contact me directly at (206) 999-8138.  We provide breakfast and lunch for everyone who’s a volunteer, plus a T-shirt/Polo or Hat.  Last year we donated $1,000 to your club and I’m hoping we can do it again this year.

I also have a signup program for shifts for the Vendor Parking area which is the entrance and staging area for the Evergreen Fairgrounds (The Mustang Club did this area for the last two years).  Vendor Parking is staged in the morning while the stall layout is chalked out.  This gets pretty jammed up with over 500 cars and trucks, so it’s never without its issues.  To sign up for Vendor Parking please click here:  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B0849ABA628A02-48751257-monroe#/  .  Vendor Parking shifts are available May 15^th, 16^th and 17^th.
