To all members of Mustangs Northwest:
Monday, April 7 at 7:00 at the Shoreline Elks Club (14625 15th Ave NE, Shoreline) will be the 2025 Roundup committee meeting. All who are interested in helping get the ball rolling should attend. We will be needing to set up committees and assign tasks to be accomplished. We will be meeting in the smaller back room where we used to hold the General meetings.
All committee positions are open to fill, including:
Roundup Chairman
Sponsorships
Setup and Teardown
Gate
Tally
Registration
Trophies
Parking and Security
Pony Trail
Food Vendors
Tack Shack
Door Prizes
Event Program
Advertising and Publicity
We need to get these committees going so show up on Monday night and let's get Roundup underway!
